High Neck vodka bottle novel concept design leverages the brand image of being irreverent to rules and traditions to unique effect.
Designed by Brazilian creative artists Franklin Zampani and Rodrigo Chiaparini for Agência BUD – the bottle itself has a simple design. The stocky vodka bottle with an atypical high, slender neck is a departure from vodka bottle tradition. It blends a more wine or whisky bottle -ish design into the mix.
However, the real draw of the concept design are the illustrations which is meant to stand out. The branding begins with the background of a Giraffe – a clever play on the ‘high neck’ concept.
Three distinct layouts printed on the label show people in different states of revelry and devoid of self-consciousness. The joy and the intent to jump high is reflective of the drink quality – meant to impart similar feelings.
Even the street advertisements in digital and print media or billboards have a distinct character which intends to make its mark by sticking it up to the classical advertising and designing concepts.
