Stunning Hyperrealistic Drawings On Wood

By | October 13, 2014

Hyperrealistic drawings is not something all can simply do as it takes great skill and attention to detail to achieve.

Singapore-based artist Ivan Hoo produces stunning hyperrealistic illustrations drawn on wood using only pencils and pastels. His works are filled with so much detail that they seem to look as if they pop out of the wooden canvas.

He plays with perspective to make his drawings of everyday objects come to life. From crumpled paper to spilled drinks to a sink’s drain, seeing his works makes it almost hard to believe that they were hand drawn.
